30 Day Spinning Pole: Day 13

Today you’ll be working on inverts on spinning pole! If you are not familiar with how I teach inverts, please watch the entire invert lesson I’ve listed before you warm up. If you already know how I teach inverts, you may skip that video and go right to the drill video explaining the options for today’s practice. Once you feel ready, you can finish by using the REPS that pertain to the level you’re currently at. This means if you can’t invert, don’t—just use the prep REPS.
Pro tip: Don’t forget to practice your gaze, and you may find that once inverted, you’ll use a different gaze or combination. Bouncing almost always stops the dizziness for me.
