Today you’ll revisit how to transfer your weight when moving in heels and of course work on strengthening the feet.

Pro tip: It’s never a bother to receive a question or friendly comment saying you’ve completed a lesson. Comments or the “Ask Veena” button are the only way I get to connect with my students, I don’t travel or teach in studio. It’s a downside of teaching online, I miss out on being there the moment where someone unlocks a skill or gets excited about their achievement. I love what I do, but it can be lonely work and you wonder if you’ve made a difference for someone. Last I want to say, I also understand the challenges of training all by yourself, but I’m here for you. xoxo

  1. So my new shoes arrive and they seem so tiny!! I don’t think I have wide feet but I can’t seem to get them into the shoes completely, if that makes sense. I know I’ve seen stuff on the subreddit about using a hair dryer on them but I’m afraid to do that until I know if what I really need is to size up. I’m a size 7 normally and did follow the size guide (max foot length for a 7 is 24.7 and I’m at about 23.5, give or take).

    1. Hmmm, I have very narrow and thin feet and have had them feel tight, so I’m guessing your good. I’d rather have them a little small, as they will stretch. But I’m not sure….

          1. Haha!!
I tried them on with socks! That got me all the way into them. I think it’ll just be a matter of letting them stretch. Def different than ankle boots!
