Back Attitude SPIN Tutorial

Once you understand the Step around and Attitude spin give this a try! Choose whichever style of Side pole hold works best for your body, the Push grip or the Side pole hold. When using spinning pole remember you can push the thigh into the pole as a P.O.C. (point of contact) to help hold the body up.
Spinning pole is always optional!
