Today you’ll be working on two tricks, but first warm up with the Active back routine. Then give the Janeiro four tries on both sides and see which one feels best to you. Move on to Gemini climb (aka circus climb) and write down how many you can do! I want you to try to do one more the next time I have you work on this. Today use passive stretching for the Standing pike and Calf stretch, holding for 30 seconds three times. I haven’t included links for the hand and forearm stretch because you should be familiar with these by now.
