BOOTY: This is my favorite!! Performing squats before you work on this one can really help you feel where your glutes are and help you learn how to isolate them.

@HollyK, I was like that too- one leg/cheek is always more dominant than the other. Just remember to practice popping while driving or doing anything random, but ONLY work that weak cheek/side!! I love this one, so much fun

I can do this one really well, I discovered that I was a natural while I was watching television and I was sitting in a straddle on the ground. lol
I also like Isolating a cheek at a time. Once you get good at it try it to sir mix alot’s baby got back! What a workout!

I cannot do this for the LIFE of me! Just tried it for a giggle and honestly you should see it…I’m just sat on my knees in the straddle position and there is absolutely NO movement whatsoever! Guess this one just isn’t for me 😛
Booty moves take a while to figure out! 🙂 doing something to fatigue the glutes before you try can help.
Oh for goodness sakes…. Veena, you make these booty moves look so easy. 🙂 While I am watching the booty lessons, I am saying to myself “Yes I can” but once I attempt it, then my glutes say “no you can’t” lol. I can only do one side at a time but I guess that’s better than nothing. LOL
Lol yes one side is better then none. hehe
The other booty moves came pretty naturally even though I’m rather scrawny but this one…my bum is just like….”nope.”
I practiced this just a few minutes ago, I can feel a small movement. I will be practicing these more now.
