Beginner level 2: Welcome [Free]
Hi guys, welcome to your level 2 program! This program is perfect if you’ve finished Level 1 and you’re ready to continue building strength while learning intermediate beginner moves. We’ll also begin to blend moves together and you’ll have the option to learn spinning pole!
There will not be full rest days, but rather active rest so if you feel you need to take a full day off that’s ok. Be sure that you don’t skip the active rest days if you choose to take them off. Come back to the active rest the next day. I have structured this so you will not overwork any muscle groups by training daily.

Descriptions also provide a list of direct links to each tutorial we worked with that day. By following these direct links you’ll have access to information such as descriptions for each video, related tutorials, muscle groups used, and more.
