I had recently bought some Secret crystalcleargel (yes thats how they spell it) lol It smell great but gunk’s up my pole something awful! I have always had trouble with that no matter what brand. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif IF anyone knows of a good antiperspirant or deodorant please share!!!

Remember guys….you should only hand tighten the poles, (if you don’t think your hands are strong enough you can use the rods but then you have to be careful not to over tighten) so in general, don’t use the rods to tighten it, the rods are only to loosen the pole. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

Ok so heres how I feel…..you have nothing to be shy about because you should dance for YOURSELF and HE is lucky enough to get the privilege to watch you https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif So don’t think about dancing "for" him, just dance and enjoy yourself, its all about you not him. That is the most unsecured grip your talking about Amber. Have you tried it this way?? Watch at 2:06 I use what I call the Veena grip. Watch how the top arm has the grip at the front of the pole not behind and its extended and not bent….this position feel very secure. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumleft.gif
I do the average SM grip the one it sounds like your trying, just before 2:06 and if you watch you can see me switch to veena grip in the middle of the hold.
