Yep, you can always add to it!

How long have you been poling? Maybe your body wasn’t ready to invert yet, because sometimes we can get our butts up there but our body isn’t conditioned for it and then injuries happen. Before you start inverting again I would suggest doing some more strength work. 🙂

I would suggest doing everything listed, they are listed for a reason, the band is something that’s easy to find and cheap, the roller can be skipped if you want, but once you have one you’ll wonder why you didn’t get one sooner. The exercises done with the bands are very important for pole.

Why have you not been doing all the videos?

Hi guys! At the end of each Spin lesson you will find the spinning pole break down. Also I have uploaded several spinning pole Quick lessons that I think you will find helpful. Be sure to watch this lesson too so you understand the machines of spin (if you haven’t already seen it) https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4f7311e1-1410-4981-8097-7a4a0ac37250

Ugh, I don’t think there is any quick fix. I also get sick, but it does get better over time. As long as I keep working spinny then it’s fine, but when I stop then I have to start over building up a tolerance. Ending my pole session as Wcox mentioned works well also I aviod inverts for the first few session back on spin because that does me in when I’m just getting back into things.

You might find someone who has one here!
