More new combos have been added!

Gaffers tape! Won’t ruin the pole, comes off easily but stays well too.

It looks like a flaw in the chrome. I don’t see how they could say it’s your fault.
I have a sharp piece on my newest xpole in the hole for the joint and I get scratched up from it! I also didn’t notice right away. I try to avoid it for now but I’ll probably put some tape over it. My pole is brass.
Contacting xpole is your best option. Hopefully they’ll replace that piece.

Heads up everyone! Free access is no longer available. It will now be included with any lesson purchase!

Hi, welcome! I would say if you have the strength to do a proper pole hold and side pole hold (which I assume begin that you invert) start with Beginner level 1. It might feel too easy in some respect but it will help you understand how the Veena method works. 🙂
If you have any questions just leave a comment on any tutorial and I’ll get back to you asap, as I receive notification for those.

Maybe in the future. For now know that if you continue to do the related lessons below the main video you’ll get there. It takes months of consistent training to see a change. I also suggest using the active back routine https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/62bf166c-b014-47c2-b916-077cac110005 and active shoulders routine https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/62c32de3-6a40-4044-b9ce-0c5eac110005 If you’re looking to target those areas.

Ugh, how awful!
I’m glad you’re doing better now, it’s so frustrating to have one thing after the other. Pain killers where not an option for me. Thankfully I was able to use weed to alleviate some of the pain and inflammation. I couldn’t use it during the day and function though, so I understand that issue.
Yeah, I’m happy to be dancing again, though it’s only been once so far. But my focus is absolutely recovery first. Thank you for sharing with us!

Sure, here are a few hand strength exercises https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/5e753719-8204-465c-9121-4f55ac110005
This is a routine you can follow for just hands and wrists https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/5e7506d9-4224-4491-8439-4bc4ac110005
Congrats on finishing PT and please done hesitate to ask if you need any other help. Nice to see you back.

I would suggest trying a different entry. I find that from the sit I get the worst grip in my knee pit. It’s hard to sink into it from that entry.
Try a different entry and let me know if it goes better for you.

It worked! So to me the knee pit grip looks solid. Does it feel like it’s not? Do you feel like you’re slipping?
From what I see it looks like the foot and ankle are just sickling (turning in) common when we work on things that require focus on another area of the leg.
