I’m not sure what you’re asking. The fame can be adjusted to a very low height, you said your ceiling height is sorter than the max a frame height? Are you wondering if the frame goes lower so it will fit your space? If so yes, it can be adjusted.

Hi! Be sure to always check the related lessons under the main lesson, these give you other lessons to work on to help you achieve the main lesson move. Of course it’s not a huge list and there are often many other options when it comes to strength but just wanted to remind you. You can try using the strength routines for upper body as well!!

Thanks! I’m spending today looking at yt more, I had pretty much abandoned yt when they kept removing music a few years back. Now that I can do live on there that’s appealing, thinking of using a different channel for dance.

Brittany, the 30 day take off program was designed for people just like you! There’s no need to train or loose weight before starting. The program actually builds your strength from whatever point you’re at regardless of fitness level or size! You’ll find modifications and I’m always there to help on any lesson if you ask. 😊

AdministratorSeptember 20, 2016 at 4:23 am in reply to: And the “feminist” war against pole continues…Ugh, how annoying! There will always be ignorant people out there….. What if we all put our energy into sharing posts on social media that show what pole is, both the sexy and the artistic, instead of putting time and energy into attempting to convince someone that they’re wrong. What if we continue to show the world that it’s a woman’s choice to be as sexy or sexual as she wants! That yes, you can be a good mother, daughter, girlfriend, wife, PERSON and enjoy sexuality, that’s how change begins! Not by bickering and arguing with those who clearly have no intention of looking at things in a new way, but by living a life that is kind and true to who you are.
Go share your videos, post photos of yourself enjoying pole dance and show everyone that pole is awesome!

I’m happy to hear that you feel better DunnaStunna!
Bendy Bella, that’s an awesome story, thank you for sharing with us!!
Duopoly, if you’re following the lessons keep in mind that the pole climb placed first in the lessons is for strength building and is the most difficult. Feel free to try the performance climb too! 🙂
