I stopped inverting around 3 months. I continued to dance when I felt like it, just dancing and easy stuff tho, I didn’t push myself. did light straddle stretching also. congrats! 🙂 im 7 days away from delivering mine.

ugh that wud be very very frustrating, i get frustrated in my space! i think u shud ask x pole abt that. it wud have to be the right bearing size in the stage and i do kno a stage pole is diff at the base than a regular x pole
-
you can google powdercoating places in ur area and they will do it, not a bad price either, mine was abt 50 bucks!
-
damn where were u when i sold mine! i had a 45 brass, 45 powdercoat, and a 40
chrome to go with my x stage lite. n let it go for 450 :/ -

SO TRUE Frankline! i admire the way anastasia can do it. i wud love to be able to reach my hands past my knees in this move-THAT is a hard position to get into for sure.

you guys are right, its pretty hard, lol charley my attempts are uploaded. and i agree with you, great work PA. kyrsten i know what you mean, its hard to get your legs spread farther to get a lower reach, when i open up my legs, i slip.
