I am gonna be so bummed if they get removed before I have a chance to see them.
-
When I first started sitting I concentrated more in keeping my one foot locked behind the pole (as you do for climbing) and then crossing the other leg over that one. This seemed to take the pull off the inner legs and concentrate it more to the foot and knee.

Quite normal. I don’t know if they ever totally go away, they just lessen in time.

Are they serious about that price??
In 3-4 months you could pay off a vitamix for that price and get real food, not processed.
Sorry….I have serious issues with these companies that claim that they have all these "nutrients" when each step of processing kills so much.

For about $20 you can pick up a piece of paneling at the hardware/home improvement store. I have a piece that looks like silver tile down under my pole (in the garage). The stuff that they have for bathrooms is usually much prettier. I would probably glue some of that no skid foam on the back on the paneling though just to be safe.
At one point in time I had also found this company for another poler, which is removable dance flooring:
Snaplock

What is it about a hard working man with nice shoulders and arms in a wife beater? Mmmmmm
(maybe because my man wears that a lot??)

For those that were looking for mono-kinis, Walmart should getting theirs in about now. I remember looking at them last year:
They have some really cute board shorts that are starting to show up, too
-
I just posted these on another thread:
Balera Shirred Shorts
Also this time of year Walmart usually carries their side ties. I got a few pair a few years back for about $5 a pair.
-
I just printed that out yesterday and was planning on adding it to my stretches.
-
These are made by balera. You can probably check dancewear stores or online retailers in the UK for that style.

Intelligence, the ability to walk that fine line between cocky and confident, and someone who knows how to let their hair down and live in the moment. This goes for both men and women. I prefer a little meat on their bones as opposed to "skinny" but skinny with muscles is ok, too.
If you are talking just an image then that is totally different. I have a friend who does art modeling and she has some nudes that are incredible, but then there are nudes that are near pornographic that I do not find sexy.
Just as attractiveness is subjective so is this. It is a perception.

If you look at the imixes on itunes search for S factor or veruca’s S tunes (or something like that). I think it was easier to just search verucas when looking for her music. And, yes, it is the same Veruca as on here. S is known for slow sultry music.
My favorites?
AC/DC Ride On
Lizz Wright I Idolize You
Portishead Glory Box
Limp Bizkit Behind Blue Eyes -

Her last Facebook post was:
will be back soon…. After going non-stop with the whole pole biz thing for over 7 years, the last couple of months I had to take some much needed personal time. Plan on being up and running back in full swing here in a couple of weeks. Thanks for understanding. You can find her searching Urban Fertility Dancer or Shawn Frances Lee.

That’s great! I got my bellybutton pierced once I hit my goal (which was to lose 20 lbs and keep it off). That was 2 months before I got my pole!!!

One thing that was recently shown to me at a private was to try to straighten your legs without repositioning your body…..basically your calf from the leg that was hooking will be up against the pole still but straightened. Once you feel secure holding with just your arms, slowly start leaning yourself away from the pole but keep that one leg "leaning" on the pole.

Time to update. I am not bothering with center splits progress as that really is not a goal I am trying to obtain. It looks like I have made some progress, although I will admit that it has only been a little over a month that I have been stretching at least 3x per week.
Start was end of November, the bottom pic was almost 2 weeks ago.

I think it may have to do with old roller skating injuries. That leg just does not want to go straight, even in a straddle.

There is only a small clip of Darryl Hannah on youtube but this is when Sheila Kelley started pole dancing going on to start S Factor because of that experience.

The CAR took me forever to get because the grip for me on this one is so much farther down than on the CKR. My ending grip is right before the boney part of my knee and there is also a lot more of the pole to skin contact as the "back" of the pole is up to the thickest part of my thigh/hamstring. For me that is a good 7-8" of pole surface that prevents me from sliding.
