First of all, dont be so hard on yourself!!!!!! 21 is still very young, there is no rush for you to move out of your parents just yet! As long as you and your parents are ok with it then what harm?! I know plenty of people a lot older than you who are living with their parents and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it! I think you’re right to wait til you’re financially stable.

witeroze: It is absolutely totally and utterly normal to feel achey after your first spin attempts. This will go away with practice. Just make sure to keep your shoulders back and down when doing spins, dont place your arm too high up the pole. If you’re using proper form the achiness will improve soon.
You will eventually invert but leave that for a long time!!! There’s no hurry! If you try to do it before you’re ready you can really injure yourself. Fleur started a great thread a while back, you might want to check it out:

Oh…one other thing…I could NEVER see page one all the way to the bottom on the NEW POST page.
I would have to RECYCLE the page to page 2….then re-set to page 1 to see all the way to the bottom.
That has been fixed, too. Now I can see the entire length of page one…all the way to the bottom post.

Yes Pole Unity is a pole showcase of various schools in the world. My school entered this year. My tutor asked me to do the routine with them but I couldnt cause I was gettng married the day before!!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif
All the girls said they really enjoyed being on stage and watching other performances. I was a nice chance for every one to be on stage in a non-competitive atmosphere! Im definately doing it next year! -
