LOVE the Flip. the only problem with it is it doesn’t have a wide angle lens, so I set it on the night stand abt 10 ft away. you could use a tripod it you have one, but it’s not necessary.

I’ve purchased from exoticdancepoles – got a black crash mat – it’s $150 and it really is great – it’s not 5 inches, which I like bc I can still walk comfortably – but is very nice cushion – from personal experience :-p

Veena’s lessons are an amazing value!! She is a wonderful instructor and breaks down the moves step by step. I’ve been using her lessons for about 7 months and I love them!!!! hahaha – did he have to keep saying stripper pole? it’s not that it rubs me the worng way, it’s just that’s ALL most people know about it. I have to say, I’m not really a Leno or Conan fan, but the stuff Conan’s been doing to NBC the past few weeks has been some funny stuff (from what I’ve caught from the snippets online) thanks for sharing!

is it wrong that I just wanted to laugh? Veena’s so right – and it’s human nature to do the opposite – granted I only got through about 1 minute before I turned it off. There is too much good that we share here to focus negative energy on something like that (though I know waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more easily said than done) so let’s try to laugh and just be totally grateful and appreciative of what we have built here! – heck, maybe someone should invite them to the site!! One thing I have learned and continue to learn, is that, no matter how dumb/ill-informed someone is, anger and spite, even in defense, never get you anywhere, excpet to exhaust yourself. She probably LOVES the negative comments.
