I didn’t have my vid submission as "uspdf submission" until after I got my email yesterday…then I changed it!! I was keeping it a secret..lol

I am so estatic about sharing the stage with all these wonderful and talented ladies! Holy crap! I better start some serious training!!

I also have hyper-extended knees….when I sit on the floor with my legs straight my heels are almost 5 inches off the floor when I point! lol My back tends to hurt ONLY when I wear flat shoes.
