    i’m going to be teaching at a new pole studio called TWIRL in harlem, NYC! so exciting. it’s a really cute space, with three separate pole rooms and a total of 8 poles! if you are in the neighborhood please drop by. the website is http://www.twirlstudios.biz/default.html (the website is still in the works). this place is about 30 blocks from my apt so it’s super close to me which meaaans….

    that i FINALLY have a practice studio where i can go easily and play and dance and freestyle to my heart’s content! i mentioned to a few of you that i’ve been in a pole rut lately… and i’m hoping that having a place to play when i want, and students to inspire me, will reinvigorate my exploration of dance and movement and balance out all the new tricks that i’ve been learning lately. so i will be back to posting real freestyles soon, hopefully!

    there are so many new studios opening in and around NYC… i’m excited for what is happening in the pole world and all the moving and shaking that is going on. pole has changed me so much! i’m grateful for an opportunity to teach, and also for the opportunity to really get to explore my own dance as well.
