I agree with everyone =)
men are built to use their upper bodies.. women are built to use their lower bodies.. yay for child birth right? lol thats why it upsets me too when theyre like WEeee i can do it too its like.. dude.. ur a moron, you have NO idea how hard this is for us trust me. (based on a story of a guy at a club when me n my friend were playing on the pole)
Myself personally… i myself have been learning for almost 2 years now. I’ve taken the beginners course so many times I can’t even remember how many.
before id jut be like walk walk *rubs hands together* spin.. *t-rex hand* walk walk spin *cont rubbing hands together*
your body right now isn’t used to what ur making it do. A lot of girls learn at different paces, or at either visual or hands on learners. everyone’s body is different. just keep at it.. i know its cliche but "practice makes perfect"
just recently is when I felt like i was comfortable enough to make it sexy and make it my own.
hehe so yea it took all of us some time =D

yea ive seen it too. ive actually seen photos of the event and ppl asked em about her.
he said after she fell she got right back up and kept dancing ^^ive poled in pants before.. i even managed to get a butterfly out! and i had only been poling for a bit when i did it ^^
its kinda odd to mention pole riders but not pole superstar~ (same ppls i believe)

you can always get a cheap USB mouse at biglots =D i cheat LOL
as for one window open.. you can has more than one window open.. or in my case even "tabs"
lets say you have your video on youtube..
and you wanna post it here..at the top left, left click "file" scroll and click "new tab" or "new window".. new window in your case may make it a bit easier
(for a short cut for a new window
you can hold down the Ctrl key and hit the N key and it will automatically open a new window so you dont have to click)and then type in veenas addy and all that fun stuff and get ready to post =)
you should see the original window you had open first behind your new one, if not they will show up at the bottom of ur screen and you can click back and forth
YAY its done uploading on youtube! ok ..
when u go to watch it u know how on the side it says "embed" and like "url"in the URL box sometimes if u click on it it will automatically select it all.
if not just right click.. select "select all"
(shortcut to select all is hold down Ctrl and hit A)right click on it again and select "copy"
(shortcut to copy is hold down Ctrl and hit C)ok and click back to the veenaforums..
right click where you would type your comment and select "paste"
(shortcut to paste is hold down Ctrl and hit V)then it should turn up with

ok if ur lucky.. u can just leave it like that and the site will automatically know its a link

yupyup! most gals dont realize that for inverting it actually takes more arm strength and core than just kicking ur feet. so for an aerial invert you still have to pull on ur arms and engage ur core and lift ur legs =D

with that tho.. i think thats why my spin mode doesnt work right. it says on the vdo not to have that spanner peice so far out =( and mines pretty far out cuz i have the same problem T_T

i think either way they both have a chance of coming undone. depending on how u do it.
now xpole states that you should make sure ur poles are secure before each use. which im pretty sure they didnt.
now our minx in the studio are bolted into concrete at the bottom and a steel ibeem up top.. so those are DEFF not going n e where lol
the studio back home i took my family too.. had lil minx set up the normal way.. to where the bottom base didnt have the slide thing…just the 4 point thing(w wood floors) so of course i was slidin everywhere but theyre noobs..
and my friend also had one with a non slide thing on the bottom (a nonslide disk that goes underneath the 4 points) (laminate floor) and it does have the potential to slide .. depending on how much power u give it cuz man she gave it power!
now my xpole.. ive only been on it a couple times and my friends even done a shoulder mount n everything on it.. its still up there LOL
now my only thing now that ive gotten to try a lil minx AND xpole.. lil minx is a thinner pole and by thinner i mean like thickness of the tube its self.. like for expample.. a O and a O does that make sense?
to me i love the grip on the lil minx ones cuz im use to it the xpole seems like its a lot more thicker
i know it is a hard decision really.. and for me i have to have an xpole because i live in an apartment..

heh as u can tell i use a camcorder =D my hubs decided to get it before we went to the beach so woot! we also got it at the BX on his starcard so *shrug* he just picked out the one that had the "youtube" sticker on it and that had SD card slots lol

im up here in NC if u wanna come check us out =D heheas far as pole burn goes shes right. heh comes with the territory. if the burn is on ur wrist.. its how you’re holding the pole. some girls were wrist bands, u know like sweat bands and it helps pretty well ^^ i hope that helps you.

From what I saw the Pole Aerobics pole is the exact pole of Carmen’s but just of course diff packaging =\
what I read about the Topco Dancer .. it seems also like a PA/Carmen pole.. it says
"Rubber non-slip pads protect floor and ceiling.
Installation instructions included, can be used with or without screws."
so yea..We use lil minx in the studio =D and ive used it at my friends house when she got hers =) they’re also good poles, but it just depends on your preference really. because lil minx you have to have a semi permanent mounting to it =\
From what I hear Platinum Stages are good too. Kinda like the equivilant of the Xpole. Alena from Pole Junkies recommends these poles. *shrug*
my thing is tho.. from personal experience dont look at the cheaper ones first. i know itd be GREAT to save money n all .. but to be honest.. all the money i wasted on pieces of crap i coulda just got what i wanted in the first place =)
