Spinning Pole: Welcome [FREE]
This program was designed for those who have completed my 30 Day Take Off program and Beginner Level 1 program as this is not a “beginner” program but rather a program that includes higher level beginner work. You’ll need to have tricks like pole sits, pole holds, and climbs for this spinning pole program. If you’re a higher level pole dancer and have yet to work with spinning pole, this program is a great way to acclimate to spinning pole and learn important skills to help you control your spin and keep you safe. This program can be combined with another program because unlike my other programs, you will not be doing any strength or flexibility work here. Understand this is not a “teaching” program as far as learning how to do tricks, build strength, and flexibility, my leveled programs cover all of that. Instead this program is about learning how to work with a spinning pole and acclimate to avoid dizziness and feeling sick.
Pro tip: The descriptions are where you’ll find all kinds of helpful tips, motivation, further explanation, photos and links. Descriptions also provide a list of direct links to each tutorial we worked with that day. By following these direct links you’ll have access to information such as descriptions for each video, related tutorials, muscle groups used, and more. You only need to click on these pink, direct links if you’d like more info.
