WARM UP – Length 10:00 – Items needed: Light resistance band
This warm up was designed to be used before performing. This includes those who work in clubs or as go-go dancers before you go on for a set. You'll warm and lengthen all the major muscle groups, helping prepare the body for movement and preventing injuries that are common to performers.
I designed this to be an effective warm up without using too much energy, leaving you hyped and ready for the show.

Used this today as a warmup. This was so fun. Especially the part where you do butterfly wiggles and "silly" hands :D Maybe give a try yourself on your next back to pole day. It might be fun ;)
Yay!! I use it myself so I'm glad others like it too!!!
