Today is the day, it's time to slowly come into a tuck position in Ayesha using your elbow or forearm grip. Spinning pole students must first work on the static tuck, you'll have the opportunity later on to work with spinning pole again. How did it go for you today?
Pro tip: Watch the tutorial all the way through, don't rush and remember to chin tuck if you feel unstable. Moving slowly is the best way to avoid throwing yourself out of balance.
