Now that all of the beginner level programs are complete and there's a nice spinning pole program for all levels. I thought it's time to work on completing my level 1-3 intermediate level programs. I'd love to hear thoughts on if this sounds helpful?

I LOVED the beginner programs. I completed all 3. I would love an intermediate program. I feel like l'm graduating when I complete a level. It's very motivating.

Same! Feels good to finish a level and move on to the next one with confidence. Loved the routines too, something I can show off with to hubby while still doing a good workout

I've just started working through the beginner programs but I love having structure to follow and a way to layer what I'm learning so I don't have to choose things at random. Please keep going!

Is there a way to navigate forwards and backwards? Like in the other programs?
