Shoulder and Upper Back Stretch
Back bending stretch: Depending on where tightness is found in the body, this might be felt more in the triceps (so I included the foam roller for that) or shoulders rather than the upper back. This stretch will help improve range of motion for moves like the Ballerina, Closed Scorpio as well as any foot-to-head grip with the hand.
Muscles lengthened: chest / shoulders / triceps / rear deltoids / abdominals / spinal mobility is also improved
