Elbow Stand

The key to any “stand” is consistent practice! This video will teach you how to deadlift/zombie lift and you’ll learn other options for the legs as well.
Body alignment is important so film yourself and watch it back. Don’t be afraid to use a wall, it’s a better option than the pole when first learning.
One last thing, avoid gripping the base of the pole so you don’t come to rely on it for balance. Please make sure you’ve watched the Elbow stand prep video before working on this tutorial.
