Pole Back Bend Tutorial
This tutorial will introduce you to back bending while using your pole and provide you with tips and techniques for preventing lower back irritation, resulting in pain-free back bending!
I’ll also provide you with tips for lifting your head up after looking back without neck pain. You’ll learn two grip variations that can be used for this trick. And you’ll also learn how to use the pole during this pose to help you get deeper into back bends.
