Mobility keeps your wrists happy. Something to note is that flexibility isn’t the same as mobility. Think of mobility as having strength within your flexibility to move freely. Today I’ll be demonstrating 2 different exercises. Just as mentioned in the previous lesson, don’t force these movements—listen to your body. This is an excellent drill to work on before training handstands and back bends.

Suggested sets and reps: 1-3 sets, 10-15 reps, 3 times per week.

T.M.G.: Flexor and extensor muscles of the fingers, wrists, and forearms.
