Today you’ll be focusing on building strength in your shoulders and you’ll be doing about 2 sets of each exercise and move.
Pro tip: Remember you can use the “my notes” feature to keep track of your sets and reps if you don’t complete them with the videos. You’re working to build strength which means your resistance should be difficult enough so the last few reps are very challenging. If it’s easy, increase the resistance.

Was able to do 10 straight shoulder presses on the pole today. I started my StudioVeena journey barely being able to do 1 press properly 🙂 I love how these small regular exercises make me so much stronger!
