POLE – INTERMEDIATE: A strong beginner could also work on this, just keep in mind you must be able to hold your body weight in a Pole hold.

  1. Get a white board and write down 5 things you want to work on. Then put those in a freestyle. Make sure you write in large print on the board so you can peek at it while you dance.
