Today you’ll practice an older trick and current tricks you’ve worked on this week.
Pro tip: If you’re a hypermobile human and going through perimenopause, or if you’re just very hypermobile, you’ll want to swap out the warm up for this one and finish with the Active shoulder routine instead of warming up with it. You see, during perimenopause, people with hypermobility issues often find it gets worse! Joints feel lax, they might even dislocate and often feel achy after training. If you’d like more help dealing with this, please message me and I have resources for you.
