Today you’ll revisit the Superman, working on the Gemini entry only. However, if you’d like to try a different version, watch the full tutorial and choose one from there. You will also learn and practice the Side Superman. For those who would like to work on spinning pole, I have included the spinning versions of both tutorials for this lesson. Please make sure you’re already comfortable with the static versions before working on spin.
Pro tip: Instead of trying to learn everything on static, which I don’t recommend, try working through the programs using only the static version, then when you’ve completed a program, work through again on spinning pole! This can be done right away or in the future when you’re ready for a challenge and looking for a planned workout using your pole.

Class was sweet. Don’t have a ball so substituted my yoga feet up chair best I could! I’ve got my superman down – don’t have the side superman – but that was never one of my old moves – so I’m settling for one out of two and not pushing my older body- lol ! Did a floor should mount and a regular standing should mount – so I feel mildly accomplished. Thanks for keeping me moving ! Loved all the stretching of course ! Blessings!
