Advanced Level 1: Day 1
Welcome! Today is the start of week 1, where you’ll focus on:
- Superman
- Juliette spin
- Side superman
For today, you’ll begin with the Superman and Juliette Spin, giving both of these 2 tries per side. Keep it under 10 tries. Move on to the Hand and Wrist Strength Routine, then work on the Side pole row, doing 1 set of 8-12 reps. Finish with the Bow stretch and Finger and hand stretch using passive stretching, holding for 30 seconds.
