Thigh Rest (Jamilla) Tutorial

This trick another fundamental move. You’ll be working more with the “Pull split grip” which you worked on previously in the Easy up tutorial! You’ll first learn on static pole. If you want to learn spinning pole, I’ll teach you how both spinning forward and backwards. Pay attention to the positioning of the lower hand and fingers. NO JUMPING, doing so will result in bruising and poor technique! Don’t forget to breathe while training as holding the breath is common when learning a new skill.
