Pole Flow Class

This is class is about an hour long and it will bring the dance aspect of pole to life! This class is also a wonderful option if you want to practice but your space is too hot and sweat is preventing you from doing tricks. It’s also a nice option for times when you have low energy. Click here to see my Pole TRICKS Flow Class.
Item’s you’ll need:
- A mirror or your phone camera in selfie mode so you can watch your movements.
- A pole – The first 25 minutes do not require a pole.
The drills in the first half of the class can be done daily and this class can be used as a warm up before practice, after practice or anytime!
Remember it’s normal and ok to feel uncomfortable, frustrated and lost when your learning how to move your body in new ways. Give yourself time and kindness on this journey of self discovery.
Really liked this one! More flow stuff please. Loved your 30 day flow program too. I struggle with feeling like I look graceful, learning these simple flow techniques takes some of the mystery out of it. š

Iām so glad you enjoyed this! I really liked it too!
I’m realizing the stuff I really want to do is flow/low flow/exotic. Spins and tricks are fun but I’d rather practice moving myself between moves and poses, on the pole and down on the floor AND making it look good. š
Nice! It’s so hot here, my body is often too sweaty (just from standing outside) to use my pole for tricks and coming up with new ways to flow and connect has been a fun challenge.
I hear that. It’s 1000 degrees in Houston and with perimenopause, if I sneeze I start sweating.
LOL, it’s peri fun? It really does feel like reverse puberty. I have good months and bad, August was rough.
