No Pole Flow Class Welcome (FREE)

Item’s you’ll need:

  • A mirror or your phone camera in selfie mode so you can watch your movements.
  • Yoga strap (Optional)
  • Small fit ball (Optional)

The drills in this class can be done daily and we’ll work on 5 key elements of finding your own flow. The first half of this class is perfect for those who do not naturally have rhythm or flow. However, we will also learn skills to get up from the floor and down to the floor, without using a pole. We will also work on facial expressions and breath.

This class can be used as a warm up before practice, after practice or anytime!
