Welcome to your beginner level 3 program, which was designed for those who are comfortable with most fundamental beginner tricks that we’ve already worked on. Here you’ll continue to focus on flow by learning routines, and you’ll start working with more advanced beginner moves and static spin combos. You’ll practice 10 different static combos throughout the next two weeks.

Here’s a list of the equipment you will need for this program:

  • A light weight resistance band. Click here to purchase or browse similar items. The bands I selected come with a massage ball!
  • A foam roller (optional). Click here to purchase or browse. I recommend high density and 18 inches long.

As before in the beginner level 2 program, there will not be full rest days but rather active rest, so if you feel you need to take a full day off, that’s perfectly fine. However, don’t skip the active rest days completely—just start right back after your day off, coming back to the lesson you left off with. I have structured this so you will not overwork any muscle groups by training daily. However, it’s very important to do the forearm stretches when I suggest them.

  1. Great tips, as usual. I think I may be grabbing a bit too high on the pole for some of these spins, bringing myself too close to get enough momentum (mostly with the new ones in the very last level 2 lesson). I’m glad I committed to nothing but static for a while as it’s helped me fix a lot of problems!

  2. Love your tips xx
I’m gonna try day 1 today , I had a tattoo in the middle of my back done on Friday, so I’ll do what I can as long as I do something I’m making progress xx 💕
