Day 9. Today I’d like you to watch the Easy Up lesson before warming up with the Easy beginner warm up.
Karate kid 5 tries on on both sides.
Aerial (split grips, bodywaves and walks) 5 tries on both sides, trying all grips or use whichever you feel most comfortable with.

Donβt worry the karate kid trick is not something you need to know I put it in there for fun. Elbow split grip is one of the harder ones as well.
