Fan Legs (3 grips) Tutorial

I’ve broken this down into steps for you and you’ll begin by trying 3 grip options.
- Please give all 3 grips a try and start with the one that works best.
- Once you’ve selected your favorite grip, work on the timing for the legs and upper body.
- Last you’ll focus on the motion of your legs
Once you feel comfortable in the first grip then you can try the others! You don’t have to use all of them, I’ve put options here to accommodate different bodies and skill levels.
