When you’re nice and warm move on to the Front splits routine!

can the split routine be done on a daily bases?
I wouldn’t suggest it. More isn’t always better. Unless you’ve previously been trained heavily in flexibility 3 times a week is good for most people.
Wuff. I even taught yoga but this was the first time I really worked at a full splits. I did not get that far down in it but that’s ok. I sit all day for work, so this is good stuff for my hips. . . feeling loosey goosey now. 🙂
