Day 14 Flow

Today is a long day, feel free to modify anything you like. Warm up first then run through the Flow drill 3 only once, before moving on to combo work performing 3 sets each and working each side for all combos.
Finish with the Sexy routine and full body stretch using the Flowmotion routine or at least stretch the forearms.

Done all looking ok , I still can’t get to grips with the easy up on beginner 8 but I will loving it xx💕 an the beginning sexy routine is coming on xx
That easy up in 8 using a push grip, only the body is to the side instead of facing the pole, if that helps.
Ah right thanks ill definitely keep trying it xx
