You’ll begin working with inverts soon, but beginners can continue to follow along as there will be options for you to try as well. Just make sure to read all descriptions and stay within your abilities.
I am really enjoying the program! I wouldn’t say dizziness was ever my biggest issue with spin pole, but the tips do help me mitigate the dizziness I do get. It’s a well thought out introduction to spin pole whether you are sensitive to spinning or not. I’m looking forward to moving ahead with inverts but I really enjoyed yesterday’s planks/layback practice and want to revisit that too. Always too much to do. 😂
