Today you’re going to target the lower body. Starting with the Ticktock leg routine as the warm up.

Move on to Elbow stand prep and Reverse handstand prep. Remember these are preps, don’t worry if you can’t get your feet off the ground, that’s not the goal. Right now you’re learning proper placement of the hands, shoulders and body positioning.

Finish the day with Fancy crucifix practice and Pole sit combo/routine and Fancy crucifix and pole sit combo/routine. Work on the routines 1 or 2 times but no more than 10 attempts.

Finish with these stretches Shoulder stand pike, and Reverse bridge.

Responses

  1. Funny because I just took a floor play class in which tik toks were involved and it was super tough on both my body AND my brain. Guess I gotta practice those a lot more….

  2. great day – loved tick tock legs , tried everything . Could do performance climb but did a regular climb , ole sit , tried the pike and got one leg off the ground for a shoulder stand . Amazingly and for the first time I cam move my neck so that my face faces completely forwards in cow position . I couldn’t do that before – neck mobility is increasing – only slightly but it is – yoga is working !!!!! Pole will follow ……

    1. The crucifix is looking perfect!

I do want to remind you, while I love that you’re sharing with me. It’s not very practical that I watch everyone’s practice. Sharing links it’s about sharing a victory for example, if you achieve a trick or if you have a question and you’re not sure if your technique is OK. If everybody shared their daily practice with me, I wouldn’t have time to watch. Understand that you only need to share if you have a question or concern or you’re excited that you nailed a trick. This should help you save space on your phone too!!! 🙃🙃

Looking forward to seeing your victories or questions! I absolutely do love hearing from you daily, but I don’t have time to watch long clips of normal practice time 🙏🏻 Thank you for understanding

      1. Haha yay I totally understand. I guess I got a little carried away. I’m just excited that I’m progressing really well and love sharing it with you.

I also figured that if I’m doing something incorrectly you will point that out like you did with the easy up. I thought I was doing it right and you pointed out I wasn’t. Being I don’t know what I don’t know.

I’ll keep that in mind to only share my victories and questions. And also make sure to keep any videos super short.

I’ll have to work on building my confidence too.

Thank you for sharing your limitations and boundaries as my online instructor 😉

        1. Thank you so much for understanding. I appreciate it. Yep, the shorter the better that way I can make sure that I have time to reply to you. Otherwise, if I know someone tends to send long videos, I can tend to put it off Because of the time requirement needed to watch it and then you won’t get a response as quickly.

Definitely if anything doesn’t feel right or you’re unsure take video and I will help you and of course I really do like to see victories! For example, if you’ve been working on a routine and you finally feel like it’s flowing and works then you can share a whole video with me and I’d be happy to watch! 💜

I appreciate you and your willingness to interact! Most users don’t say anything
