Today begin with the Chest and back routine, then work on the Shoulder mount, Janeiro and Gemini climb, giving each trick 3 tries. Remember to keep track of how many attempts you do and how it went. I also suggest filming yourself so you can look back or check to see if your positioning is correct. Next, work on the Lunge stretch using active or movement stretching today, doing at least 5 reps. Finish with the stretches for the forearms, doing 1-2 sets held for 30 seconds.

I want to let you know the Janeiro isn’t a fundamental trick, but I’ve included it just for fun. If it’s causing frustration, you can skip it.
