Heres what happened. I cut and past this from another thread.
Last night was a tough night for StudioVeena.Com. Our primary server’s hard drive decided to die only hours after Veena and I returned from Vacation. I spent the better part of the night getting the system up and running on our backup server but did find that videos and pictures uploaded back to June 3rd are missing. Everything else is completely intact, all forum posts are here, all user and subscription data, etc…
What this means is that you will be unable to view these videos or pictures. What we’d ask you to do is to help us repopulate these missing videos. If you uploaded a video in the last month please re-upload it for us. We had some great stuff go up, especially with it being our birthday month and we’d hate to lose it.
Please post any questions or comments you might have here.
We will be working through the day to create a full hot-failover for StudioVeena.Com. This means that in the future if there is a failure, it will go unnoticed by our audience.

Fabulous thread!!!
If your day time shoes are falling apart but you find yourself passing up buying "real" shoes because you would rather spend your money on hot red stilettos you might be a pole dancer!
If you judge every house by its flooring and ceiling height, you might be a pole dancer!

Being able to do a split grip ashya can be very helpful…because thats almost the end result of a CM but I was able to CM before I could do a SGA. Its helpful because your body will be familiar with the inverted position of the SGA but when I cartwheel mount my top arm is slightly bent and this can make that same inverted position feel much different depending on how you twist your body. I would work on both! I tell a lot of people to work on the SGA first just because it can help you work on your balance. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

LOL my first time back was not good, it might look smooth but everything was sooo painful even pole sits! I could BARELY do an invert.. LOL. How old is your baby now? It can take a while for your abs to function like they use to…I felt like I was a thousand pounds https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif it did come back fast for me, BUT think its because I took it slow. I started back on the pole at 3 weeks post baby (I think thats with first vid said) but I only danced once a week if that, for the first 5 weeks of getting back on the pole. I worked more on strength training. Now its been 8 months after my last baby and my abs still arn’t as strong as they use to be, do to lack of time https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif
One last thing, if you happen to have my online lessons the strength move I call the "switch" is great for your abs, my abs separated during all of my pregnancies ( the most with my 3rd) and this move helped get them back to almost normal. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

Benice….KEEP ON EXERCISING!!!! Even if you can’t do ANY inverts you can still get the amazing benefit that exercise/pole dance can give you. When we exercise, our brains release those "feel good" endorphins!! This can help depression. So dance and move that body…I know first hand it can help! Regular daily exercise can help you sleep better, decrease or increase your appetite depending on your body size/weight,(if your overweight it will work as an appetite suppressant, if your too thin it can work to increase appetite) and including stretching with your work out routine will increase flexibility and lead to a well functioning body. Remember you are not alone many, many, MANY, women suffer from some form of depression or anxiety were here for ya https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif
