You can buy an X stage from us https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif The free shipping does not apply to the X stage only X poles. If you would like to order one just send us an email.
Now the x pole doesn’t have a vaulted ceiling adapter. Your ceiling needs to have a flat surface at the top, big enough for the dome to fit. Out of the box the X pole fits ceilings up to 9ft, you can get extensions that lengthen the pole up to 14 or 15 ft (I believe). I have a 12ft X pole..love it! Now the X stage is about 10ft total so its great for anyone with vaulted ceiling or with out door space. I have tried and X stage and really liked it. I hope to get one soon. One more thing, all of the X poles have spin mode, even the X stage!!
Hope this was helpful https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif -
Awww I’m sorry you feel that way. We all get stuck sometimes. Maybe you could make a vid for us and we could see how your trying to get into the move. Lots of people struggle with the CAR, its not as easy as it looks! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

I would defiantly say something…I think keeping quiet would cause suspicion. You don’t want people thinking your being abused. Don’t call it pole dance because unfortunately most think Pole = sex job. I would go with aerial or vertical bar work out.
Be excited about it when you tell them, let them know how its sooooo hard, but the best work out EVER and so fun. Depending on the person, I will call my work pole dance, aerial tricks, or vertical bar sometimes I just say I’m a dancer!! Think of what might happen if you lied then a parent found out, it would look like you think your doing something wrong. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif
If anyone thinks its trashy send them to the site….I don’t think it looks sexual or pornographic. They can even see examples of the lessons and how it can be just a work out! Remember they can’t watch videos unless they are a member. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif and most vids on here are not of the sexual nature very few…really only the amateur night challenges. Most other moms I have told about it get really excited and say "I have heard of that before" followed by "you can do it in your HOME??" You totally have to spin the exercise aspect of it!
Just try to avoid the work POLE a few people will hold on to that and keep thinking pole=sex….booo https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumbdown.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumbdown.gif

I believe you sent me an email…yes PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! If find it really irritating that these big companies and celebrates endorse and sell such dangerous crap! Those poles are toys. That pole has been know to fall down on you, wreck your ceiling and cut you. Have fun but be safe. Just don’t feel bad your not the first or last to think you were getting a deal. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif
Are you able to return the pole? I have free shipping on X poles I don’t think the cost is much more than FGF.

AdministratorJuly 13, 2009 at 3:50 pm in reply to: For Fashion Enthusiasts With a Knack for SewingOk the ones I saw them make on TV didn’t require much sewing. The fabric they use was the same fabric you would see an kimono or clothing of that nature, but really anything you like and isn’t too thick would be ok. I like shimmer and sparkles! If your gonna pole dance in it I would go with plastic boning, I have a corset with steel and it is REALLY hard to dance OR breath in. My plastic boning corsets are easier to pole in. If you buy the thicker plastic boning you should be fine the thin stuff gets really bendy. Don’t forget to make sure you can breath so you don’t pass out while dancing https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif I would be careful about placement if you want to use a zipper. A zipper could scratch your pole, I would think a zipper at the back is best. I would go with hook and eyes (which are a pain) or better yet strings/ties, then it would be really adjustable. You could make your own ties for it or buy some. You could even use ribbon or something. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

Welcome!! Nice to have you with us. Yep its normal to have achyness when your new to pole. Make sure your taking a day off between pole days. Always warm up and leave the stretching for after your pole work out. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif
