New from Minnesota
Hi All-
I am new to the forum and new to the pole. I am 36, married, and love to dance. The pole is kicking my bum. I thought I was strong…I am not; I realized I seriously lack upper body strength. But I am having more fun than ever!

Not long, only a few months. I haven’t been practicing the way I want to. But I can do a few basic things. what part of Minnesota are you in? I am north of Duluth (on the Iron Range)…

Are you in Virginia? I have family up there. I’m am in Hastings, which is about 30 minutes south of St. Paul.

Welcome! I’m originally from MN. I was born in Grand Rapids and grew up in Mpls. I have family all over the Iron Range. I’m in North Dakota but 5 min. from the MN border and 3 1/2 hrs from the twin cities.
