I agree with Jenn…..why not have one of each. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif I have both and like to use both, now I can adapted to different sizes really well and I know what moves work best for me on each size. I feel like I barely have time to breath some days but… I try to cross train, I love yoga and I enjoyed lift weights when I first got into pole dance, but my gym equipment is in our garage now and its too cold, so I haven’t done any weight training for months. Yoga and Hoop are both quick for me to get in for a work out. I keep saying I’m gonna hoop again but haven’t…maybe today! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

I have a flip mino and LOVE IT! This isn’t what I record my lessons on but I do use if for some of my dance videos. Its easy to use and nice and small. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_santa.gif
