I have some zip up boots that work great. The shiny vinyl material is what you want, those will stick the best. Just be sure to practice with out the boots too so you don’t depend on them, they are great though if your working with a pole that is unfamiliar to you because you know you’ll be able to stick. Here is close up vid with the boots I use. ….its near the end.

I’m glad you were able to make it usable https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

Oh I missed this post https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif I’m sorry you had a bad experience. You had every right to vent. I bet your dancing was still very impressive though. My trip alone to the DC pole jam was a similar situation where most everything went wrong….BUT…. I survived and you did too! Like Roxy said…now you know you can dance even under pressure. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_geek.gif Get the bad experiences out of the way and everything from now on will be a breeze. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_sunny.gif What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rambo.gif

Oh thanks guys!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif …..I’m fine now and that was months ago. I still have to be careful and go easy on the split grips. I did finally figure out what I did to my arm, I don’t know why I didn’t realize what it was right away but….I wrote a blog about it so if you want to know what happened you can read about it here.
