I'm sure there has to be some stylist on here who you'll offer suggestions!
Here's what I know from my yrs of DIY hair. I do crazy colors all the time…but only when my hair is not too long. I always have a plan too, I start with bleach super short hair and work my way down the colors. Dark is last. Once I decide to grow it out I stop bleaching. Bleaching or stripping hair is really hard on it. I'm not an expert but if your hair is already pretty crunchy/dry I would not bleach it. If your ok with it, I would suggest cutting it short and starting fresh once you have new growth, if you want to go light. As long as you keep bleach and harsh chemicals off the scalp the hair wont "fall" out, but if you did bleach it, you could end up with super fragile hair that breaks very easily. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

There is stretching to Maintain and stretching to Gain! If your stretching to maintain flexibility do this after every workout session. This does not need to take long, and is not the time to go for extreme stretching.
To Gain or increase flexibility try starting with 2 times a week. If your taking the lessons I explain in greater deatail how to stretch for both maintaining and gaining. https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4dd66731-eab0-4b4a-aa13-41ad0ac37250

This was something my midwives suggested when I had problems with yeast while pregnant. I didn't want to use any meds so I used garlic and I worked!!! All you do is….before bed, take a needle and thread through one peeled garlic clove, the long way. Make sure there is a big knot at the end then shove that sucker up there… eww I know. Go to sleep and have dreams of Italian food lol Wake up and use the thread to pull it out. Make sure the needle is clean and the thread of course. Use this method for 3-5 nights (always using a new piece of garlic) I did this along with the vinegar bath to sooth the itch. I have been pretty yeast free since I stopped using the over the counter stuff and just used garlic.

1 if you do the single leg squat 6 times on each leg that counts as one set. This is the same for all of the single arm or leg exercises.
2. If your using the Pole Strength Routine you do not rest at all between exercises. If your using the individual lessons you can rest anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes between sets if needed.
3. For the stretches….Only that particular foam roller lessons should be focused on, because that is the muscle group you'll be stretching. You could do all of them if you wanted but that would take a long time!

If your just looking at combining move….. I would write down moves and practices combining them. To make a routine just pick a few tran, floor, spins and moves like 2 of each to start. The more you do it on your own the easier it gets of course.https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_heart1.gif

@ Koba…AOP is borderline Masculine/jerky?? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif I don't think that at all!!! And well of course, I would suggest everyone try out the lessons HERE, but I think AOP is a good set of dvds. I don't have them but I have seen them. Just buy everything. LOL
