Isisandshiva..are you looking for something with more grip? Maybe you could try a lil mynx power coated pole….but you would have to wait until you moved so you knew what size….

Nestlee…this is an advanced intermediate move so keep that in mind. P.O.C will be the hands along the inside of the arm and right under the front of the arm pit area (on the torso) A strong upper back, biceps and abdominals are needed. To figure out what muscles to focus on for a particular move, take a peek at the lesson description. This lists the muscle groups used 🙂
