Sounds like a plan, glad your feeling better

Oh I just had a thought, Empy are you going from SM into like a superman/pike gripping the pole in between the legs, then brining a hand down below, while keeping the other hand in place?
-
I can picture the inverted crucifix entry. I wanna try that too now! I can't totally picture the shoulder mount into it, are you removing a hand or threading the leg through the hands as you come up into SM? And how are you getting a bottom hand in place?

Are you feeling better now??

Booo on the frustrating practice! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif I know you could do this one Charley. But there is nothing wrong with stepping back from a move, to just think it over in your head a while before giving it another try. Continuing to try something when your frustrated with it isn't fun!

And…Hi, I can't speak for the technical question your asking webby….but I do know he has done an amazing job with creating the lesson functionality! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif We're always busy working on improving things even though members can't always see https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif this.
I can tell you there is no Twisted grip lesson. I do not teach twisted grip lifts or handsprings.

Here is another video I made. https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/4f200e94-6e8c-48f6-8892-03830ac37250
This is also posted in the description for you all.
1 Advance Star
2 Press hips away from the pole, Top hand move into True grip, Torso rotates towards the floor, bottom hand reaches Waaay down to the foot. By this point hips are squared or almost squared.
3 Push pull with hands, keeping hips away, while the bottom leg lifts up…only lift the leg once you feel balanced in your push pull.
4 grip the pole between the knees, while at the same time maintaining squared the hips, as if to move into butterfly continuing with push pull
5 once you have your balance extend the free leg over head.

Last night…I just saw the episode of king of queens where Kerry takes pole dance classes. Lol
I love how I met your mother and stripper Lily!

Congrats on the home pole. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gifThat article was absolutely right! In fact this is something I talk about a few times in the lessons and all over. lol Rest is just as important as training! Here is a simple example: When we lift our body weight (poling) or do something like free weights or machines, tiny tears are made in the muscle fiber, these tears need time to repair. This repair process happens through eating right and resting. This is how muscle will grow! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rambo.gif It's very tempting to practice everyday but you'll recover faster, and reduce the risk of overuse injury, by leaving a day in between.
If your taking the lessons here, this video will give you some tips on how to structure your workouts.
Getting started https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4dd006a7-c45c-4c1e-b6b6-4a870ac37250
In fact watching all of the "getting started" lessons will help with planning.

@ shebangs your behavior is totally uncalled for. Chem is one of the many members who are always there to help answer questions and offer help.
If you post a harsh response you'll receive a harsh response.
