Honestly, if you’re using my lessons you want have to plan anything. I’d try anyone of the 30 day programs or VIP plans. They’re mostly under an hour long, include warm ups and stretches.

Are you taking about working in a Strip Club? If so I’d do some research on the particular club you’d like to work for. Know what their rules are, like some don’t allow thong some want you to wear long evening gown dresses. Others don’t care.

You could use the pole, but I’d buy the bar so you can vary your grip and hand distance. Doing that will more fully target the scapula and it’s movement.

May 5, 2021 at 9:59 pm in reply to: Working on “bad” side – Need motivation and tips

As long as you’re doing conditioning and strength training that works both sides you should be fine. Don’t be afraid to buy some weights and go heavy!

Honestly the biggest reason I encourage everyone to work on both sides in the lessons is because you never know which side will feel most secure. When learning a new moves people often do things on what they “think” is their “good” side but regularly I see people get a move on what they thought was their “bad” side.

I almost always butterfly on the same side, but I do like to work my opposite side when breaking down a lesson because it gives me insight to struggles that might come up.

Moves like Thigh Hold, Gemini, Scorpio, Hip hold are great to learn on both sides because it allows for easier transitions between moves.

April 27, 2021 at 2:58 am in reply to: Beginner Exercises to Strengthen Thigh Grip?

Hi! It really is not so much about squeezing the thighs as tipping the hip. If you’re having trouble tipping one hip down you might want to work on things like Hip waves https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/5e8bd9d9-7664-4a0b-a4b5-2f26ac110005

There should be a noticeable angle of one hip up and one hip down, if you can’t really see it than keep practicing. Squeezing the thighs is not nearly as important. Also you will not be able to do sits if your legs are not tacky or if they’re too sweaty.

As a beginner working on the 30 day take off program or the beginner level 1 program will help you build strength in all areas 🙂

Here is where you’ll find individual strength lessons https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view_category/conditioning-exercises anything that lists the inner thighs/abductors as MGU (muscle groups used) will strength the inner thigh.

Yeah grip aid is crazy expensive now. Here’s what I use for my cold dry skin https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/5e418c06-b198-4d3d-a806-7ffeac110005

April 17, 2021 at 3:37 pm in reply to: An App?

Hello! We use to have an app but it’s no longer supported in either store. I’ve uploaded a video explaining how to easily create an icon on your mobile device so you have one tap access. https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/607afd97-e60c-4eae-8e5c-4d96ac110005

The website has ton, and I mean tons of new lessons the app didn’t. It’s also super mobile friendly and you can leave a question or comment on any lesson, unlike the app.

One of my poles had a spot like that, didn’t cause a problem. Just keep an eye on it.
